Pilates is an ideal form of exercise for those needing a low-impact workout routine that focuses on core strength, tone, and flexibility. With our guidance and the use of our state-of-the-art Cadillac, Reformer, and Wunda Chair, we have designed a full-body workout for those experiencing chronic pain, particularly in the lower back and neck area, while also improving postural alignment.

Pilates promotes mindful movement and works to correct muscle imbalances and improve flexibility which is common in people who sit at a desk all day or work out frequently without stretching. At Maven, alongside physical therapy and performance training, we offer pilates which can help build long-term strength in your body and help prevent back pain and other chronic conditions.
